Roasted Brussels Sprouts
 
Ingredients
  • 1 - 1½ pounds brussels sprouts
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Heat an oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut or break the brussels off of the stem.
  3. Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle on olive oil and make sure they are all covered.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Roast at 400 for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Shake the pan about half way through.
