Maple Syrup Popcorn Balls
 
Ingredients
  • 12 cups popped organic popcorn
  • 2 T butter
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Boil the butter, salt and syrups for 7 minutes.
  2. Carefully pour over the popped popcorn.
  3. Stir around so all of the popcorn is coated.
  4. With greased hands (I used coconut oil) form into balls.
